We want every order to feel clear, fair, and sweet from the first message to the final bite. These policies apply to orders placed with Gavin's Sweet Co LLC.
Orders and confirmation
Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability. An order is confirmed after Gavin's Sweet Co reviews the details, confirms the date and design, and arranges the required deposit or payment. Custom designs, edible pictures, colors, and event quantities should be described as clearly as possible.
Deposits and payment
A minimum $10 deposit may be required to begin an order. Larger or custom event orders may require a different deposit. The final amount and payment schedule will be confirmed directly with the customer before work begins.
Military discount
Active-duty service members, veterans, and eligible military customers receive 15% off qualifying products. A valid military ID or other accepted proof of service must be shown at pickup or delivery. If eligibility cannot be verified, the undiscounted balance will be due. Delivery charges are not discounted.
Refunds and order issues
Because products are made to order, refunds are generally not offered for changes of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, missed pickups, or circumstances outside our control. A refund, replacement, or store credit may be offered when Gavin's Sweet Co made an error or when the product was materially damaged or incorrect due to something on our end. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Changes and cancellations
Requested changes are subject to availability and may change the price or completion date. Deposits may become non-refundable once ingredients, decorations, edible images, or other custom materials have been purchased or production has begun.
Pickup and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Delivery is available within 50 miles when scheduling allows. Orders 25–50 miles away require a custom delivery quote. Once an order has been handed to the customer or delivered safely, proper storage and transportation become the customer's responsibility.
Allergens
Products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. Customers must disclose allergy concerns before ordering. While care is taken, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
